Who are we?

Mockingbird Transactions is a Real Estate transaction management company that utilizes transaction coordinators to take over administrative tasks for buyer-side or seller-side transactions. It is our goal to help every agent with the nitty-gritty of their files and take over some of the background work so they have more time to leverage for other profit-generating tasks. We want to pour into you and your clients so that everything feels seamless!

From the time you go under contract and submit your intake form, we take over! We send intro emails, schedule inspections, coordinate with all parties, manage deadlines, upload documents for compliance, manage final walk throughs & closing appointments, and make sure that your clients have their utility information so they are ready to enjoy their new home. Our packages allow you to get as much or as little assistance as you need, and we are here for you every step of the way. We look forward to working together.

Hi! We are so happy to have you here. I founded Mockingbird Transactions after working in the Real Estate industry in transaction management for over 4 years with over 500 transactions under my belt. I love being able to take the administrative load off of the shoulders of the real estate agents I work with so that they have more time to grow their business, clientele base, practice self-care, or spend time with your friends and family!

Outside of my work-from-home office, I am a mom of two, I have been married for 6 years, and I have a sweet black lab named Ranger. I am a former military spouse, and I have a huge heart for helping clients/families in that community.
