Can my transaction coordinator draft documents/amendments for me?
Yes, we are able to draft documents for you and send them for signatures. Should the document need verbiage added to it, you must provide us the exact verbiage needed via written communication.
Does my transaction coordinator work set hours & on weekends?
Your transaction coordinator will generally work a schedule of Monday through Friday 8am-5pm pst with flexibility. On weekends or evenings, in the event there is an urgent matter, you may reach out to your transaction coordinator. If it is not urgent, your transaction coordinator will work on it on the next business day during working hours.
Can I discuss an additional service to add to my package if it is not listed?
If there is a service you desire that is not listed on our website or included in our package pricing, please reach out to us! We would be happy to discuss curating a package that best fits your needs.
Can my transaction coordinator schedule home inspections for me?
We absolutely can! If you let us know your, or the client’s, preferred inspection company we will schedule the inspection according to everyone’s schedule and send you a reminder/calendar invitation for the appointment. We will also confirm the date and time with the listing agent and sellers.
